Lurking off the east coast of Florida is something that is beginning to make the authorities and the news media here very, very scared (let alone the actual residents). Tropical storm Rita is heading for Key West and will then pass over the Gulf where it will almost certainly turn into a hurricane which could well hit, yes, you've guessed it, New Orleans.
For the latest on the storm's movements, check out this excellent site from the National Hurricane Center. Expect to hear more on this in the days to come.
But is there actually anything left to be destroyed?
